Terms of Sale - KSIDol
These terms govern online orders for KSIDol offers, module sales, hosted Dolibarr services, Stripe or bank-transfer payment, service activation and the mutual obligations of the parties.
The published version is frozen with a document hash so the displayed content can be traced back to the moment of an order or consultation.
Accepted terms are logged during checkout with timestamp, IP and document version.
1. Scope
These terms apply to online orders placed through the KSIDol website for hosted Dolibarr offers, K.S.I modules and related services.
Specific written agreements prevail when explicitly accepted by both parties.
2. Orders and activation
An order is formed when the client completes the required information, accepts the terms and confirms the payment path chosen on the website.
Activation of a hosted service or delivery of a module starts after payment validation and the required technical operations.
3. Prices and payment
Displayed prices are stated excluding taxes unless otherwise specified.
Online payment may be processed through Stripe or by bank transfer. Orders paid by transfer are activated after receipt and validation of funds.
4. Service and responsibility
KSIDol undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to provide the ordered service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
Liability is limited to direct proven damages up to the amount actually paid for the relevant order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. Evidence and applicable law
Accepted terms, order logs, timestamps, IP addresses and technical traces may be retained as evidence and security records.
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
