DoliCamping turns Dolibarr into a complete campsite management software (PMS) for campsites, holiday villages, motorhome areas and outdoor hospitality parks. Bookings, interactive map, pricing, tourist tax, billing, bar and restaurant, pool, activities, grounds and staff are all driven from one interface, with no third-party software, no commission per booking and no per-pitch subscription. As everything stays 100% native Dolibarr, you also get a full ERP: customers, catalogue, accounting, VAT and e-invoicing.

Front-desk booking engine and online booking

The booking engine works in three steps (criteria, availability, booking): dates, accommodation type and party composition, then only truly free pitches are shown, with double-booking protection, live pricing with options and a temporary hold. The optional online booking funnel lets guests book without a Dolibarr account, with OTP identity check (GDPR double opt-in) and anti-bruteforce.

Interactive campsite map

The interactive campsite map shows your grounds on screen: each pitch positioned with its real-time status (free, on option, occupied, to clean) and common areas (pool, sanitary, snack bar, playground, reception). 100% local technology, no CDN, also used as the location picker for housekeeping and interventions.

Pitches, seasons, rate grid and tourist tax

Manage all pitches and accommodation types (tent, caravan, motorhome, mobile home, chalet, lodge) backed by Dolibarr products, with seasons, a multi-criteria rate grid and options. The tourist tax is computed automatically, night by night and per guest, carried to billing with an amount-to-remit report.

Native billing and 2026 e-invoicing (Factur-X)

The whole commercial chain is 100% native Dolibarr from the stay record: quote, deposit then balance invoice that deducts the deposit; metered consumption is re-invoiced for residents. DoliCamping is ready for mandatory e-invoicing (Factur-X) as everything billable is a native Dolibarr product or service, ready to send to a platform (PDP/PPF).

Check-in and check-out inventory

The check-in / check-out inventory runs on tablet or phone (responsive, zone accordions): condition of each item, equipment handed over, meter readings, notes, photos and customer signature. Check-out reuses the check-in item by item, so only the first inventory is long.

Campsite bar and restaurant (TakePOS till)

The bar runs on Dolibarr's native till (TakePOS), the restaurant (POS and table booking) has its own products and adapted VAT. Staff allowed to run the bar can be restricted. In France, the till software must be NF525-certified from 1 September 2026.

Pool supervision and swimming lessons

The pool supervision follows the French Sports Code: bathing log (chlorine, pH, temperature, attendance), obligations enforced only when the law requires them. Swimming lessons (optional) manage slots, capacity, enrolments and native billing.

Grounds, staff and HR

Run operations: housekeeping (auto task assignment on departure), incidents, technical interventions, common areas, meters, residential sub-metering. Staff relies on native Dolibarr users with roles/categories, planning, time clock and duty qualifications.

Campsite compliance (holiday parks), police form and channel manager

Compliance tracking keeps a register of regulatory obligations with a derived status and upcoming deadlines. A police form and a channel manager (OTA sync, iCal import, access token, anti-SSRF) complete the set.

Dashboard and 100% native Dolibarr module

The dashboard gathers arrivals, departures, occupancy, free pitches, bookings to confirm, housekeeping, open incidents, tax to remit and deadlines, with cross quick search. Compatible with Dolibarr v18 to v24, 100% native, no external dependency or CDN. Available as a one-off module or a hosted SaaS pack from KSIDol.
