Hotel management software: bookings, floor plans, seminars and billing in one tool

You upload one plan per floor and place each room on it. The floor bar switches from one level to the next in a click, and every room shows its status on the date you are looking at: free, on hold, occupied, blocked, to be cleaned. A tooltip gives the room type, bedding, amenities and the stay in progress. Common areas - reception, bar, pool, seminar rooms, car parks - sit on the same plan. Everything runs locally, with no CDN: nothing leaves your server.

The booking engine chains criteria, availability and booking: it only shows rooms that are genuinely free over the period, rules out any overlap, prices the stay live with its options and places a temporary lock while you type. The optional online funnel lets guests book without a Dolibarr account, with room photos and amenities, identity check by one-time code with double consent, and configurable limits on stay length and how far ahead guests may book.

Every rate plan derives from your reference rate: flexible, non-refundable, long stay, early booking, distributor rate with its commission shown on the quote. A plan the guest is not eligible for is refused, with the reason. Board formulas are billed per paying person and per night, with a child rate and the alcohol share isolated on its own line at the right VAT rate. Seminar rooms are let by the hour, half-day or day, or as a day-delegate package per attendee, with automatic splitting between room hire and catering.

The French tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is computed night by night and per occupant according to the property's category, including the departmental share and the exemption for minors, then carried over to billing; a statement shows at any time how much is due. On the billing side, quote, deposit and balance are native Dolibarr documents, and everything billable is a native product or service: you are ready to issue Factur-X invoices, the French electronic invoice format, to a dematerialisation platform.
