Each plan states the number of users, storage, backups and included services. The Essential plan includes a hosted instance, 2 users, 10 GB, SSL and the technical backups included in the plan. Support is not included.

KSIDol SaaS or shared hosting
General shared hosting mainly provides web space and a database. The customer usually remains responsible for installation, updates, backups, monitoring and troubleshooting.
With KSIDol SaaS, the Dolibarr environment is prepared and maintained according to the selected plan. Modules, documents and migration constraints can be reviewed with a Dolibarr specialist.
Data portability
The customer remains the owner of the data. A copy of the database and documents can be prepared according to the plan and any required migration service.
