The Field Service Interventions module turns Dolibarr's native intervention sheets into a genuine tool for managing work in the field. It is built for every company that works at its customers' premises — maintenance, breakdown repair, fitting and installation, on-site after-sales, mobile workshops — and that wants to steer its jobs, technicians and invoicing from a single place, with no extra software.

Every intervention gets a unique, clickable number (IE00001, IE00002…), from scheduling through to the customer's signature and the invoice, for clear end-to-end tracking.

The vehicle or equipment sheet is linked to the customer, with dictionaries (make, model) filled as you type and a picker that pre-fills the fields. A dedicated PDF template gathers information and the priced breakdown on a single page.

Compatibility and setup

The module is multilingual (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian) and compatible with Dolibarr v18 to v24 (PHP 7.4+). It installs like any other module, without touching Dolibarr's core.
