Dolibarr Module – Multi-trade

The After-Sales Service module for Dolibarr helps you manage after-sales and repair cases in the workshop and during field interventions, across a wide range of trades. It includes a schedule for booking and editing appointments, plus an advanced mobile workflow using QR codes (photos + signature), with terms-and-conditions validation and voice dictation.

Recent versions

Version 3.5.7 allows you to create a service case directly from an accepted proposal through Dolibarr’s native Create menu. Customer information, product details and proposal lines are reused automatically to save time and streamline processing.

Version 3.5.6 now makes photo uploads easier with a preview before sending, while keeping the display of previously stored photos.
