Create in Commercial Proposals / Quotations

1. Open the menu Sales > Commercial Proposals.
2. Click the create button for the Commercial Proposals / Quotations module.
3. Fill in the main information, statuses and business details you need.
4. Save the record and check the links with the other KSIDol objects.

Edit and update

1. Open an existing record from the list or from internal search.
2. Use the Edit action to update fields, status, notes or linked documents.
3. Check the impact of the changes on the other connected modules.
4. Save and test the result before using it in production.

Delete, disable or archive

1. First review dependencies, linked documents and user permissions.
2. Prefer archiving or disabling when business history must be kept.
3. Use deletion mainly for drafts, test items or unused duplicates.
4. After deletion, verify the remaining lists and links.
